[Bug 1871821] [NEW] [FFe] Resilient boot

Public bug reported:

We're adding support for resilient boot, by modifying grub-install to
teach it about other ESPs we're installing to, and wrapping it in a
wrapper script that installs over all ESPs.

This way you can install grub to multiple ESPs which allows you to have
one ESP per disk in a raid system, for example.

** Affects: grub2 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
