[Bug 1871763] [NEW] Duplicity is not working

Duplicity is failing to make backup.
It produces error message: see attached 000_Error_message.png

After starting duplicity from terminal, I got much better error message:

After searching system for python2 i found, that there is no python2 executable

Description: encrypted bandwidth-efficient backup
 Duplicity backs directories by producing encrypted tar-format volumes
