Public bug reported:
I was trying to upgrade ubuntu 18.04 LTS to the latest version on
15-Apr-20, using commands from this website >>
https://www.zdnet.com/article/how-to-upgrade-to-ubuntu-linux-18-04/
The fact that I was upgrading Windows 10 Linux sub-system that was
downloaded from Windows Store really is a concern.
>From the provided website, the most recent command I executed was:
$ sudo do-release-upgrade -d
So I went from bionic to focal is another concern.
