[Bug 1872907] [NEW] Grub Install Error on my old EliteBook 8440p due to which installation was not successful

Public bug reported:

I was trying to instal ubuntu 20.04 in my elitebook 8440p but while
installation right after the process of copying the files to my hdd when
it the ubuntu installer tried to install grub-installer it showed this
is a fatal error grub-installer not installed
