[Bug 1873779] [NEW] upgrade to 20.04 remove all enrolled fingerprints

Previously on 19.10 I could use fingerprints to login.

After upgrade to 20.04 beta only password would work.

"sudo ls" did not even prompt for a finger print.

I re-ran fprintd-enroll, readd my fingers, and now sudo does prompt.
