  It was expected to have de following files:
  /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_brotli.so
  /etc/apache2/mods-available/brotli.load
  /etc/apache2/mods-available/brotli.conf

  But the files are missing and the package does not depend in
  libbrotli1 or libbrotli-dev.
