[Bug 1874517] [NEW] I/O-error and installation cannot proceed

Public bug reported:

I thought the USB-stick is in a pristine condition.
One error was reported, but that use to be the case in the old days too.
Continue w/installation and got I/O-error and installation was aborted after typing in User Name, etc.
Will try later w/another USB-stick though.
