[Bug 1874965] Re: install 20.04 crashed

Do you have any advice for what to do next?  I've tried several times to
redo the install, but the install crashes right up front now every time and
dumps me down to GNU command line just a few seconds after I tell it what
type of install I want to do.

I'm thinking of reformatting the partition, then trying it again after the
drive is erased...   Good idea?
