  smart-notifier installs, but has missing requirments

Status in smart-notifier package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I installed this in a fresh install of Xubuntu 20.04.1 and, while it
  installs, the file to which it links:

  /usr/bin/smart-notifier -> ../share/smart-notifier/smart-notifier

  does not exist, so it does not function at all!
