You seem to have a mix of python packages installed on your system as
you currently have 'python' installed from the Ubuntu release pocket for
18.04 LTS but have 'python2.7' installed from the updates pocket for
18.04 LTS. Please update the installed version of python and then try
the upgrade again.
You also have a lot of packages installed from PPAs which may prevent
the upgrade from being calculated. If they do then please use 'ppa-
purge' for the PPAs which you have enabled.
