Public bug reported:

Hi,

I needed to upgrade the server where my mediawiki runs to to get unison
working from our laptops to it. Therefore I ran 'do-release-upgrade -d'
to upgrade to focal - I've already done so for a couple of other things
including my laptops where this worked well.

But, the mediawiki database schema was not upgraded afterwards causing
error on login. The interweb suggests running Update.php - but this
does not seem to be included in the mediawiki package.
