Sphinx 3.x deprecated the "Sphinx.info()" API, it was replaced by the
"sphinx.util.logging.getLogger" API.

Upstream adopted accordingly:

A port of the upstream patch for pexpect 4.6.0 was proposed for merging into Debian:
