Title:
Ubuntu 20.04 doesn't auto discover NVMe namespaces after server reboot

Status in nvme-cli package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Auto-connect is not working for Ubuntu 20.04. However manual nvme
  discover and connect commands works

  OS - Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
  Kernel - 5.4.0-28-generic
  Driver - qla2xxx driver version 10.01.00.19-k
  NVMe Cli Version - 1.9-1

Impact of the issue is that connectivity to NVMe Namespaces are lost
after port toggle or after a server reboot.

We need NVMe CLI with autoconnect support to be the part of Ubuntu
  20.04 LTS.

Please let me know if any further information is needed.

  Thanks.
