Bug description:
  Towards the end of the minimal installation, an error was displayed
  about removing whoopsie. Installation finished, but dpkg was left in a
  broken state.

  E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure
  -a' to correct the problem.
