I can't find "compliments" in the source package

I can only find the text on this page :

No idea how that can be changed

  Description: compliments pam_motd in libpam-modules

  update-motd doesn't tell pam_motd that it thinks the clothes it's
  wearing today look particularly awesome ("compliments").  Rather, it
  acts as a partner to pam_motd ("complements").
