Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

PPAs are 3rd party software sources, and it's up to the maintainer to
decide which releases they provide support for, and the users to ensure
they are appropriate for their system and properly maintained before
adding them to their system.

I looked up one of the PPAs added; it's no longer maintained, thus
trying to use it on a bionic/18.04 system is a user mistake (a security
risk given it's no longer maintained).

I've marked this bug as invalid; if you believe I'm in error, please
leave a comment explaining why, and it can be changed back to "New".

I suspect a Support site would be more appropriate, eg.
