Hello, a flashy glitch is usually a sign of video hardware problems, but
without further information it's difficult to know for sure.
I suspect the other user's install problems are due to the confusing way
hardware vendors support BIOS, UEFI, CSM, and might be due to windows
"fast boot". Probably some time on https://askubuntu.com/ or #ubuntu on
irc.freenode.net would help sort out that problem.

Bug description:
As i was installing Converting my USB flash drive from NTFS to FAT 32
somewhere in the UBUNTU desktop installer i experienced a flashy
glitch that made screen almost unreadable i went back a few step sin
the install process kinda reset it :). A thread where another similar
install problem where a user encountered similar issues. Just getting
setup once i get my IDE's going might take a gander if you cannot
find.
