Bug description:
  	
  hp dx6120mt (mini-tower, pentium 4 dual core, 3gb, winfast clone of nvidia 7600gt)

  My last install (QA-test) was FULL DISK on SDA

  I wanted to INSTALL ALONGSIDE that prior install on SDA; however it
  won't let me select any drive other than SDC.

  I had this same issue on Lubuntu 18.04.4 on this box, so this is very
  likely related to
