Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

Tested & supported upgrade paths from Ubuntu 18.04 LTS are firstly to
18.10 (which is now EOL & thus no longer possible), or to the next LTS
release after 20.04.1 has been released (thus isn't yet available).

I suspect a Support site would be more appropriate, eg.

Unfortunately, we cannot work on this bug because your description
didn't include enough information. You may find it helpful to read "How
to report bugs effectively"

if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem.

At a minimum, we need:
1. The specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the problem.
2. The behavior you expected.
3. The behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible).

I've marked this bug report 'incomplete', if you believe I'm in error,
please reply why in commands. Alternatively ifyou have modified this to
provide the detail through edit or through leaving comments, please
change the Status back to "New".
