  package open-iscsi (not installed) failed to install/upgrade:

Bug description:
  I had installed open-iscsi package, but then had removed it as I did
  not need it later. I had stopped the iscsi service and also logged out
  from the iscsi drive completely. After restart now it has started
  giving this error.
