Status in libcbor package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Although libcobr provides a .pc file (for pkg-config), this package
  does not install it.

  Expected behavior: src/libcbor.pc is installed to /usr/lib/x86_64
  -linux-gnu/pkgconfig/

  Actual behavior: no libcbor.pc file is installed.

  Platform: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS

  Package version: 0.5.0+dfsg-1
