[Bug 1865033] [NEW] UAS is not good

Public bug reported:

When installing ubuntu 20.04 on an USB drive, the installation crash
with message saying that it is not possible to find  grub-efi-amd-signed
package.

In fact, the cause is because UAS module does not work correcty!
