[Bug 1860802] [NEW] Widgets do not scale inside parent window.

Public bug reported:

When the software updater runs, and is loading new packages, the window
resize does not work as it should.

This hampers usability.

See screenshot.

Once the actual update process starts, the content does scale.

To repro:
Press "Details" when it is loading packages.
Resize the window.
