[Bug 1861232] [NEW] ubuntu-bug has missing text in two dialogs

I ran ubuntu-bug update-manager.

The second and fourth dialogs that pop up just say "text".

While we're on the subject, Launchpad has been timing out submitting the
reports (or even getting past openid). I only persisted because I wanted
to get bug reports in, but you're very likely missing reports from users
because of the timeouts.
