Another point to clarify the situation
The HP which doesn't start is EFI
The Asus laptop and a tower, self mounted, which work fine, are MBR.
Does it help ?

Bug description:
  Hi

  I've tried in vain to launch the Ub20.04 live-key in order to install
  and test on HP Envy x360 15w100nf born in 2016. But I have nothing but
  a black screen all process long, even after 10 minutes waiting when I
  decided to stop it !!

  I already had a Pb of log which swelled quickly, whose solution was given by a forum.
  At startup I entered in the boot menu: "e" > line linux > pcie_aspm = off

  Is there another trick so that I can test this version on this damn
  PC?

  It works fine on Asus 2010
