[Bug 1861467] [NEW] make autopkgtests cross-test-friendly

Public bug reported:

The openjdk-lts autopkgtests currently fail on i386 because they aren't
cross-test-compatible. I'm attaching a patch that should fix this,
though I've been unable to test it locally because it requires changes
to the metadata of one of the binary packages from the source (Multi-
Arch: foreign) and cross-building is a whole other matter.

** Affects: openjdk-lts (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
