Bug description:

* New installer page is untranslated
[Test Case]
* Trigger Intel RST page, whilst in a french locale
* Observe that at least some text is translated on the RST page

* Translation update may increase the size of the installer media, as
more translations are shipped.

Using the 20th's candidate image of Ubuntu Desktop on a Dell XPS with
RST enabled, ubiquity correctly display the new page hinting to
disable the RST mode but on a french installation the page still
displays in english
other pages display correctly translated
$ gettext -d ubiquity-debconf 'Turn off RST'
returns
'Désactiver RST'
