Title:
Package mariadb-10.3 forked in Debian, patches not upstreamed

Status in cmake:
  Unknown
Status in cmake package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in mariadb-10.3 package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Package was forked in Ubuntu without any bug reports to upstream
(jira.mariadb.org) nor any effort to work with package maintainer or
at least submit changes to Debian (https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-
  team/mariadb-10.3/-/merge_requests).

The person who did it should work to resolve the delta or otherwise
fully adopt the package maintenance in Ubuntu.

  ************
  mariadb-10.3 (1:10.3.22-1ubuntu1) focal; urgency=medium

    * Disable rocksdb on riscv64, as it needs -latomic weaved in.
    * Increase test timeout on riscv64 to make main.multi_update_big reliable.
    * Mark main.sp-big unreliable on riscv64. Its internal 60s timeout is
      insufficient.
