There was an issue communicating with the mirror of the Ubuntu which you
use. You'll need to sort this out so that you can complete the upgrade.

  update to 20.04 from 19.10 crashes out

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  XDG_RUNTIME_DIR (/run/user/1000) is not owned by us (uid 0), but by uid 1000! (This could e.g. happen if you try to connect to a non-root PulseAudio as a root user, over the native protocol. Don't do that.)
  When I first tried too upgrade, it disconnected even though my wifi has internet connection and when I tried to upgrade again, it is not upgrading and displayed the above thing in the terminal.
