[Bug 1882234] [NEW] Gilaki language isn't exist

I wanna translate strings to Gilaki but Gilaki is not one of the
available languages of the live session and installer.

I talked about it here in Xubuntu's twitter account:

So they suggest to ask my request to add this language here.
