Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

This package failure looks like it was caused by bad ISO download,
corrupted install media, or device failure. eg. look in the logs and
you'll see messages like these :-

Jun 13 22:03:09 ubuntu kernel: [  290.577075] SQUASHFS error: zlib decompression failed, data probably corrupt
Jun 13 22:03:09 ubuntu kernel: [  290.577080] SQUASHFS error: squashfs_read_data failed to read block 0x4dc7b142

Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be
a useful bug report so I am closing it, as it appears to be a bad ISO or
faulty device (inc. bad write-to-device). If you believe I'm in error,
please leave a comment explaining why and change the status back to
'New'. I suggest you verify your ISO download, and note the validation
of your ISO before install to ensure a good download & write.

Title:
  Installation fails in extracting files. It shows errno 5. I tried

Bug description:
  I cant take the logs from installation trying. I cant see the menu.
  The installation fails when it is finishing the files extracting. I
  dont know what is going on. I tried to install Ubuntu 20.04, Ubuntu
  18.04.4, Pop_OS! 20.04, Pop_OS! 19.10, Linux Mint 19.3 and Linux Lite
  5.0 (only Linux Lite really worked out). I hope I can get some help.
