This bug was fixed in the package ubuntu-image - 1.9+20.04ubuntu3

  * Newest sfdisk includes a new field of 'sectorsize' in its output, which our
    tests did not expect to see - work-around it by ignoring it for the
    relevant tests.  Fixes FTBFS.

Bug description:
  ubuntu-image autopkgtests are failing on armhf in groovy, because
  sfdisk is not available.  It looks like ubuntu-image needs to add a
  dependency on fdisk, now that fdisk is not part of an Essential
  package.
