  ibus input methods are not available in the installer

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Build: Qin oneiric 32bit

  Summary
  ibus input methods are not available in the installer, in other words, there is not any input method could be selected from ibus menu in the installer.

  Steps to Reproduce
  1. Start to install the image.
  2. Go to Create Account page
  3. Try to press [CTRL] + [SPACE] to launch the ibus input methods

  Expected Results
  The default input method (Pinyin) should be started

  Actual Results
  there is not any input method could be selected from ibus menu in the installer.
