Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  Ubiquity is setting the busy cursor for the install window and desktop
  (though curiously the webkit window is overriding this for itself)
  when the installer gets to the slideshow page.  It should only show
  the busy cursor when the installer is starting up or shutting down.
