  Wrong timezone/location detection

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Version: 2.21.1
  During installation of latest Kubuntu Vivid I found this issue:
  Detected timezone/location is "Yekaterinburg" (UTC+06:00), but I live in Izhevsk (UTC+04:00).
  Any geo services which uses ip to determine location provides correct info.
