Title:
ubiquity installer doesn't allow some non clickable cities to be
  entered for timezone

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Testcase: http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/318/builds/73658/testcases/1311/results
  Iso: http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/318/builds/73658/downloads

When selecting a timezone 'Where are you?' screen, you cannot type the
name of the city and click continue unless its a city that is
'clickable'. This is even if the city has been autocompleted. For
example 'Mont-real' is a valid city in the dropdown list, yet I can't
continue unless I enter a city this is clickable on the map.
