Title:
provide extented option to avoid unnecessary upload of log files

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Some packages, e.g. `xorg` and `synaptic` locally gather and upload a
large set of (or a few large) log or other files which is not
necessary in cases where issues which don't need such files are
reported. Adding control to select the set of files to be uploaded
(e.g. in collapsible pane labeled "extended option" in the `apport-
gtk` dialog) would prevent usage of local resources during file
gathering and traffic during upload to launchpad.net.
