Bug description:
  when i am in the boot menu, seeing the list of different kernels i
  have installed in my system, i notice they are "written" in 2
  languages, English and Spanish, which are shown alternatively
  for instance:
  "Ubuntu, con kernel 3.13.0-23-generic"
  "Ubuntu, with kernel 3.13.0.23-generic (recovery mode)"
  ....
  The english ones are all the "recovery mode" entries
