Bug description:
  This is essentially the same bug as reported here
  http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=586953 .

  I see the code for Trusty has the workaround incorporated. In the file
  grub-core/kern/ieee1275/cmain.c there is the start of a list of models
  that need the workaround.

  Please add PowerBook6,5 to that list!
