  Steps to reproduce.

  On a Kubuntu 12.10 system report a bug using "ubuntu-bug package"
  Let apport collect data
  Press Send information when prompted.
  A browser page on launchpad is opened and instantly kde gives a prompt about apport-kde crashing.
