Title:
ubuntu-bug try to launch rekonq although not installed

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Just after installing Kubuntu, I uninstalled rekonq and installed
  firefox instead.

However, when trying to report, ubuntu-bug tried to launch rekonq.

Basically, the prefered web browser isn't updated in KDE
systemsettings. I had to replace by hand "rekonq" by "firefox".
