Title:
  ubuntu-bug doesn't work

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When I try to file a bug through ubuntu-bug, the following error
  message is displayed:

  521 rui at kubuntu:gui$ ubuntu-bug libqt4-dev
  Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "/usr/share/apport/apport-kde", line 36, in <module>
apport.fatal('Could not import module, is a package upgrade in progress? Error: %s', str(e))
NameError: name 'apport' is not defined

I have the apport and apport-kde packages installed in my system.

It would be nice if it was possible to report bugs on Kubuntu 11.04
