  Live CD boots successfully
  Ubuntu installs successfully

  After an Ubuntu 10.10 install:
  Restarting the system Grub2 issues an error 'out of partition'

  After an Ubuntu 10.04 install:
  Restarting the system Grub2 issues an error about extents
