Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport

  ubuntu-bug is not able to re-use a already opened browser (rekonq):

  > $ ubuntu-bug sasl2-bin
  > unnamed app(7391) kdemain: rekonq is already running! 
  > : Fatal IO error: client killed

  To use ubuntu-bug I have to close all browser windows first.
