Title:
  Installation on SSD bug N1

Status in grub2 package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I tried to install Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala on my 16 Gb Verbatim SSD Card (With liveCD card is working OK).
After copying files, Ubuntu also installed grub2.
/boot was created on the SSD, and grub was installed to the MBR of my primary HDD (SSD is not bootable).
But there was a bug/error - to recognise SSD grub must be installed by "grub-install --disk-module=ata"!!! So grub installed by Ubuntu WAS UNABLE TO DETECT MY SSD with /boot.
