  installer temporarely drops percentage progress bar

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When installing from the 9.10 alpha 6 live CD, there are some hick-ups in the progress bar:
  - At around 82% the progress bar drops to 41% for a few seconds.
  - At around 88% it goes back to 87% when downloading/installing language packs.
  - At 100% it is still busy for quite some time. 100% should be shown a second at most.
