  apport-kde crashed with OSError in write(): [Errno 28] No queda
  espacio en el dispositivo

Bug description:
  i dont have any space in my disk.
  when some aplication crash... the core dump make my disk 100% FULL.

  i dont know if the core dump are incorrect because i dont have disk
  space but the aplication for report bugs crash :S

  apport exit with this message "No queda espacio en el dispositivo"
  ("no space left in this device")

  i dont know that is a bug or a feature, but apport crash and i report
  the crash of apport with apport.

  im spanish my english is bad.
