[Bug 1876477] Re: install broken

This is image from http://releases.ubuntu.com/focal/ via torrent. I , written it on a usb-stick and loaded PC from it. The bug was after launch installation. 
Next try of install with same conditions runs the installation normal. I tried re-installations several times (due to another bug of mysql after installation), and this error appears about in 30% tries of install.

I don't know what you talk about /boot/grub/efi.img. I have SSD with
BTRFS file system. There is a `boot` partition, remains from previous
Ubuntu 19.04 installation. As I said above, on another run of
installation it installed normal and work fine with all my partitions.
