  Installing Albanian version of Ubuntu 9.04, mistakenly installed
  English Firefox and English OOO

Bug description:
  
  Installing Ubuntu 9.04 from DVD and selecting Language->Shqip (means Albanian), it did install everything in Albanian except Firefox and OpenOfficeOrg. I had to download Albanian version of this two programs and install them.

  I expected to have Albanian version of Firefiox, OOO, which do have
  albanian version. I understand that some programs don't have an
  edition on a certain language in which case the English edition is
  used. But in this case both Firefox and OOO have albanian editions.
