Title:
installation update 10.04 to 11.04 crashed
Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
Binary package hint: ubiquity
The program told me in the very end (after i was told to reboot) that
the installation (via usb) crashed.
Due to the error report "var/log/syslog" and "var/log/partman" are the
reason for the crash.
The system is a IBM x31 Thinkpad, the11.04 live Version worked well
and 10.04 before too, expect the broad band connection, which is the
reason for the update. The syslog file didn't exist, the partman file
is attaced.
Will now try it again.
Thx!
